Cancellations & Refunds

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £50 of the course fees is payable to reserve your place on the requested course.

The balance of the fee is payable in full 14 days prior to the start of the course, along with the registration form. Failure to do so will open the place for someone else and your deposit won’t be refunded. All courses are non-refundable.

 Cancellations - cancellation of any course will result in loss of all fees paid for the relevant course regardless of notice given.

 Course date re-scheduling -

• Over 2 weeks notice - a £50 fee will be charged.

• Between 2 weeks and 2 working days notice - a charge will be made of 50% of course fees.

• Less than 2 working days notice - all fees paid will be lost and no alternative date offered.

If less than 2 working days notice is given due to illness, and you wish to be booked onto the next available course, you would need to provide a doctor's note. Please note that if you are re-booked for another date, and then do not attend that date for any reason, all fees paid will be lost and no further alternative date offered.

Payments made cannot be transferred to other courses or to other persons. 

No refunds will be issued in the event of a student failing to attend a confirmed course.

It is the responsibility of the students, having referred to the relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their needs. Limitless Beauty Training Academy is here to provide advice, but will accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual expectations.

Limitless Beauty Training Academy reserves the right to cancel the course and the right to decline applications. In the event of cancellation, our liability will be limited to a refund of the course fees or deposits paid.
